How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple process, Once we received you inquiry we provide you the quote. After receiving the quote to need to make the upfront payment depending upon your requirement along with the project details submitted to us. And as promised above we will send you the draft within 48 hours.


Can you work on any custom graphic requirements?
For custom graphics you will need to email us with what you require, upon receiving your email we will get back to you with details on if we can handle the project and how long will it take to complete it with price quotation.


What are payment options?
Currently we accept PayPal. But on request we can arrange Alertpay & MoneyBookers as means of payment.


Can I edit your graphic after I receive it?
Yes you are completely free to edit your graphics anyway you like, just as long as you don’t remove the footer giving credit to our site.


Are there any discounts for bulk orders?
Discounts will be dealt with on a per client agreement. If you seek a bulk order then you are free to email us your request and we will get back to you with best discount we can offer you.


What if I change my mind about the work or what if I don’t like your work?
With Cheapminisite Team it rarely happens that you don’t like our work. we strive to give our clients the best quality they can possibly receive from any designer. We provide revisions on all our work and will change the design as needed up to a maximum of three times. After all this if you are still not satisfied with our work or in case you change your mind we will refund you full payment in initial stages of work.


When can I see my first draft?
You will be emailed the first draft of your design within 48 hours. In worst case scenario if for some reason I have too much work on the go it may take up to four days for the first draft.( till date it has never happened and we like to keep that record up)


How long will my order typically take?
Typically we will have the first draft emailed to you within 48 hours for your approval. Once we receive the green light your work will be completed as soon as possible. We are aware about the importance of time so we keep in mind not to make clients wait for their work. Bulk orders may take up to a week, for everything else 72 hours is usually sufficient.


Do you use a Watermark or Brand on your work?
Yes, we do use our link in the footer that reads: Graphics by cheapminisite.com. It can’t be removed from footer.


What format are the graphics in?
All animated banners will be in .gif format. For everything else it will be provided in either .jpg, .gif, or .png depending on which file will work best for your website.


How will I receive my order?
Once we complete the rough draft our team will send an email to get approval for the draft design. Once draft design is approved from your side, we will complete the work and send it to you via email. We can also provide FTP access if necessary.


When will first contact be made upon purchasing a design?
We are always on our toes to get back to you, however due to time difference it may get delayed. But in any case we will contact you within 24 hours with a reply of your query.


How can I view your past work?
You can click “HERE” to view our portfolio which is full of samples from recent years. However we have not added all our work, Just few samples of work.

Can I book my order in advance?
Yes, you can book your order advance using the current rates.


Can I Cancel the Order and Using Money for New Order ?
If you are a reseller and your client cancels the order you can use the funds for that Order in your next Order. However, we have spent the time and efforts for the first design so we will deduct 70% from the Advance payment and rest 30% is carry forwarded to your next order.
