How can I pay for my order?
We accept Paypal, Payza, and Solid Trust. You can also pay through Ego Pay but take note that it has transaction charges. You can also request for a bank wire transfer for orders above $500. Alertpay and Moneybookers can also be arranged.
What if I am not happy with your work?
With our unlimited-revisions offer, this case is almost next to impossible. We can also change your designs for up to three times. But if it still happens, we will refund you the full amount within 30 days as long as it is in the initial stages. But after final approval, and you suddenly changed your mind, you are no longer entitled to a refund.
Can I edit your graphic after I receive it?
Yes you are completely free to edit your graphics anyway you like, just as long as you don’t remove the footer giving credit to our site.
Are there any discounts for bulk orders?
Discounts will be dealt with on a per client agreement. If you seek a bulk order then you are free to email us your request and we will get back to you with best discount we can offer you.
How long should I wait for my order and how do I receive it?
Your first draft will be emailed to you within 48 hours after we receive your instructions and payment. If there is a long queue before your order, we will need to clear those first and may take up 4 days for your first draft to arrive. But to date, this never happened and we are trying to keep it that way. If you are happy with the first draft, we will wrap it up in 72 hours and send it back to you again for final approval. The final output will be sent via email. We can also provide FTP access upon request.
Do you stamp your works with Watermarks?
Please note that it is standard procedure to add "promini.com or cheapmini.com" in all our works. If in case clients really need it without these marks, there are fees involved.
What format are the graphics in?
All animated banners will be in .gif format. For everything else it will be provided in either .jpg, .gif, or .png depending on which file will work best for your website.
When will first contact be made upon purchasing a design?
We are always on our toes to get back to you, however due to time difference it may get delayed. But in any case we will contact you within 24 hours with a reply of your query.

Can I cancel my order and use the money for a new one?
If you are a reseller and your client unfortunately backed out, you can use a part of your advance payment to cover for your next order. However, 70% of which will be used as payment for the time and efforts spent by our team on your first design, the rest will be your store credit.
